4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your bgbets account settings and may vary based on your account verification status and selected payment method. bgbets reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of account verification. Where KYC documents have been submitted and approved, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed the same business day. bgbets reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional verification or fraud prevention purposes. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the bgbets Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bgbets is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider. Displayed balances and transaction histories are shown in BDT.

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the bgbets Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your selections — including market, odds, and stake — before confirming any wager. bgbets does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific market rules.

5.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the bgbets Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds recorded at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. bgbets reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at a clearly erroneous price, bgbets may void the bet and return the stake to your account.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed beyond the permitted timeframe, or abandoned;
• The bet was accepted at a manifest error price;
• Evidence of match-fixing, irregular activity, or other integrity concerns is confirmed;
• A technical error resulted in the bet being accepted incorrectly.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your bgbets account balance in full.

5.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game titles available on bgbets use independently certified random number generators (RNG) ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by the Platform or by bgbets staff. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes. 5.5 Prohibited Conduct

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Stakes placed with bonus funds on games excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward fulfilment of requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse
